Sr. Helen Prejean, C.S.J. received the Cardinal Joseph Bernardin Award for her contributions in the Ministry Against the Death Penalty, while John Carr, of the Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life at Georgetown University, lectured on the topic: “Faithful Citizenship in 2016: Is There Common Ground to Pursue the Common Good?” This video was recorded live on June 24th, 2016 at The Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago.
