Chinese Zen Meditation:
The Art of Mindfulness
Chinese Zen Meditation is a unique method of body-mind training whose aim is
deeper self- realization through mindfulness practice. This has everything to do
with the art of conscious living in each moment and being in deeper touch with
oneself and the world around us. In this interactive seminar we will explore the
character and spirit of Zen meditation through stories, reflection, and hands-on
exercises and techniques, such as mindful breathing. Learn how to calm ourselves
amidst the demands of a fast-paced world, to pay attention, and to enhance our
sense of mindfulness in everyday living. We will also learn helpful techniques
such as breathe-walk and conscious eating to use during the day to improve
physical well-being while achieving a sense of internal quiet, peace and
joy.
